Skyway Business Center
Skyway Business Center is a 194,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant industrial/warehouse property and an adjoining 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse in St. Petersburg, Florida. These two buildings are adjacent to each other and encompass an entire business park, Skyway Business Center. Initially, all the buildings in the center were purchased with the exception of a 40,000 sq. ft. user owned facility, which was added in May of 2002.

Hobbs Road Business Center
Hobbs Road Business Center is a 85,000 sq. ft. flexible space warehouse located in the Brandon, Florida sub-market just off Interstate 75. The property was purchased in 2006 and made into 10 condominium units. Kennedy Investments has been managing the association and the sale of the individual condominium units for more than a decade.
The Midway Building is a 73,500 sq. ft. multi-tenant warehouse located on the city’s Westside, near the intersection of I-295 and I-10. Midway is in the heart of North Florida’s industrial/distribution area and has maintained high occupancy throughout it’s 16 year existence.
The Southgate warehouse buildings were built in the late 1990’s and were designed as a clear alternative to the flex space surrounding it on Jacksonville’s southside. These properties are primarily suited for distribution tenants.
Kauffman Tire Warehouse
The Kauffman Tire Warehouse is a 33,600 sq. ft. specialty building that is situated on 4.5 acres of industrial zoned land with plans in place for expansion of up to 50,000 sq. ft. The building was specifically designed to house tires and is a model for future tire distribution facilities.
The 56,000 sq. ft. LoneStar Building was completed in 2008 as a multi-tenant warehouse situated on 5 acres of industrial zoned land near the intersection of I-10 & I-295 in west Jacksonville. The building is fully leased to HD Electrical Supply. The 7,400 sq. ft. office/showroom was built to the tenant’s specifications.
