Cascades at Southern Hills

Cascades at Southern Hills is an over-55 community located in Brooksville, FL. Cascades is located next to the prestigious Southern Hills Country Club and residents have the option of joining the golf and country club. Kennedy Investments and a small group of investors purchased out of bankruptcy the failed housing community that was originally developed by Levitt & Sons in 2009.

The purchase included 14 model homes and 7 spec homes along with approximately 150 developed lots and 500 undeveloped lots in Phases 2, 3, and 4.  All homes have been sold and additional lots are being developed by Lennar Homes.  Currently Oak Crest Homes is developing new homes, and additional lots are being marketed to independent developers.
